KB Plumbing came to us at very short notice when we had a problem with our old boiler, on time with a friendly smile. Karl was informative and most importantly was very competitive in his pricing. The boiler was repaired very quickly although previous engineers have struggled. After a few months me and my wife decided it's time for a new boiler although the old boiler was working best it had for a few years. We contacted Karl who gave us a great fitted price, the boiler was fitted and everything was clean and tidy afterwards. Karl then went on to fit a full bathroom for my mother. Top company, friendly and on time! Cheers

I was recommended Karl a few years back and he has been brilliant. We've had quite a few jobs off him now, from boiler repairs to heating installations and his work is to a very high standard. I will always him recommend to others, without any doubts. He gets work done swiftly also and is a genuinely good man. Our house is now nice and toasty, after initially being cold through the harsh winter. That's worth it's weight in gold.

I gave Karl a ring from kb plumbing to have a look at my boiler that was playing up everyday I had 2 plumbers come to have a look for me that couldn’t solve the problem Karl came out the day after I contacted him to have a look he took the boiler to bits to route out the problem and he explained what the issue was ordered a new part for me and fitted it and it’s never broke down since he so professional and he knows everything about boilers I will be using him in future I recommend kb plumbing to any one such a lovely lad aswell

Emergency service
My boiler suddenly broke, leaving me with no heating or hot water on Monday when -5 out, and so looked for an emergency engineer. I rang him at half 6 in the evening and he had been and fixed the boiler by 7:45pm. Honestly could not fault his service, friendly and gave great future advice too!
